Feel Under Stress? Top 10 Easy Relaxation Tips
Are you feeling under stress most days? Suffering from tension headaches and poor concentration? Try these ten easy relaxation tips to feel more relaxed and in control.
1. Take a short break and leave a stressful situation. If you are at work, offer to run an errand or go for a short walk. A few minutes away can help you think clearly and the walk will get rid of some of the tension in your body.
2. Take a break from the activity you are working on and do something different. Sometimes it helps to come back to a stressful task later when you feel more relaxed instead of persevering. If you are at home with small children it is often better to stop when they, and you, become frustrated and take some time out to do something else so everyone can calm down.
3. Listen to relaxing music while you work. Listening to classical or nature music has been shown to lower heart rate and slow breathing. People often report feeling calmer after listening to calming music. Develop the habit of playing music in the background while you work for easy relaxation.
4. Take regular breaks during the day. Spend 5-10 minutes to read something uplifting or humorous, or chat with a friend. Small breaks help to prevent your mind and body from becoming fatigued, a major source of stress.
5. Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is the ability to be fully aware of the present moment. It is a skill that helps to reduce stress and depression. Learning relaxation techniques is a good way to start learning mindfulness. As you gradually become more aware of your body and subtle changes that occur with relaxation your ability to notice small changes will improve. Start by spending 5 minutes a day just sitting in the quite noticing the sights, sounds and bodily sensations you are having. You can also learn mindfulness through meditation techniques.
6. Change your focus. As people feel more stressed their attention becomes focused on what they believe to be the cause of their stress and they ignore other information. Write down the things that were good about the day. Keep a gratitude journal.
7. Have a hot bath or shower. This will help to get rid of the tension in your muscles which is a normal result of stress.
8. Write down the things that are worrying you. If you are worried it is very difficult to relax easily. Once you have written them down then see how much control you have over them. Can you take any action to solve the problem or are you worrying about things that are out of your control. Worry is a habit that can be helped by learning effective relaxation techniques.
9. Keep things in perspective. Ask yourself ‘how important is it?’ ‘How important will it be in a year’s time?’ Many of the things that cause stress are not important when we look at the big picture.
10. Slow your breathing and purposefully relax your body for quick results. This will be easier if you have learned easy relaxation methods that you can use when you need them.
if you work hard please use these tips very usefull

This brain disorder is affect all people who is intelligent. All people has little about split mind. But few times and not in danger to diagnose as Schizophrenia.
![]()
In modern, like now we are expose to many disease. There are few important things about this disorder You can read here:
Schizophrenia, from the Greek roots schizein (σχίζειν, “to split”) and phrēn, phren- (φρήν, φρεν-, “mind”), is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental illness characterized by impairments in the perception or expression of reality, most commonly manifesting as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions or disorganized speech and thinking in the context of significant social or occupational dysfunction. Onset of symptoms typically occurs in young adulthood,[1] with approximately 0.4–0.6%[2][3] of the population affected. Diagnosis is based on the patient’s self-reported experiences and observed behavior. No laboratory test for schizophrenia currently exists.[4]
Studies suggest that genetics, early environment, neurobiology and psychological and social processes are important contributory factors. Current psychiatric research is focused on the role of neurobiology, but no single organic cause has been found. Due to the many possible combinations of symptoms, there is debate about whether the diagnosis represents a single disorder or a number of discrete syndromes. For this reason, Eugen Bleuler termed the disease the schizophrenias (plural) when he coined the name. Despite its etymology, schizophrenia is not synonymous with dissociative identity disorder, previously known as multiple personality disorder or split personality; in popular culture the two are often confused.
Increased dopaminergic activity in the mesolimbic pathway of the brain is a consistent finding. The mainstay of treatment is pharmacotherapy with antipsychotic medications; these primarily work by suppressing dopamine activity. Dosages of antipsychotics are generally lower than in the early decades of their use. Psychotherapy, vocational and social rehabilitation are also important. In more serious cases—where there is risk to self and others—involuntary hospitalization may be necessary, though hospital stays are less frequent and for shorter periods than they were in previous years.[5]
The disorder is primarily thought to affect cognition, but it also usually contributes to chronic problems with behavior and emotion. People diagnosed with schizophrenia are likely to be diagnosed with comorbid conditions, including clinical depression and anxiety disorders;[6] the lifetime prevalence of substance abuse is typically around 40%. Social problems, such as long-term unemployment, poverty and homelessness, are common and life expectancy is decreased; the average life expectancy of people with the disorder is 10 to 12 years less than those without, owing to increased physical health problems and a high suicide rate.[7]

Do you heard about AI. But the medical diagnosis with AI is found in early 1970s it became clear that conventional tools such as flow charts, pattern matching, and Bayes’ theorem.
Diagnosis
A form of artificial intelligence is being used more and more frequently in diagnosis. There are all types of areas where A.I. can determine whether the behaviour of different systems is correct. Initially, the easiest systems for computer intelligence to calculate whether systems are being run to specifications is other computers. Automobiles are a prime example of this. There are increasing numbers of sensors for every new model year in automobiles. A computer can be plugged in and, after copying the information recorded by the sensors, make a determination as to any problems that fall outside the normal range of use. It is important for computer system algorithms to be able to determine which part of a system is failing, where that part is located, the type of fault in the part and many systems now provide the steps to fix the problems. All diagnosis is based on observations which are taken by different sensors.
A major determinant to the effectiveness of A.I. to accurately diagnose problems is the base of knowledge it works with. The number of variables involved in even simple diagnoses like an automobile are large. Then for each variable there is a different weight applied to each. Then each weight can change over time. These calculations become more and more complex the more variable the subject. The initial knowledge usually comes from people who are experts in a particular field. However one of the major tasks of the creation of A.I. is the development of intuition which mankind is able to utilize.
In time it is likely that artificial intelligence will be able to diagnoses with a high degree of accuracy, not only technical systems with the necessary number of sensors, but organic matter as well. Walk into a doctors office and let the wall know how you are feeling. Next thing you know the room speaks to you and tells you both your diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

To those who prefer to consume artificial flavouring:
There is an epidemic acr oss North America today of Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening, and they do not know why these diseases are so rampant. I would like to share with you the main reason we are having this very serious p roblem. Many people today use artificial sweeteners in their tea or coffee.
They do this because the ads they see on TV tell them that sugar is bad for their health. This is absolutely true. Sugar is toxic to us , but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly. I am talking about ASPARTAME. It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above. ASPARTAME is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto.
ASPARTAME is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all diet soft drinks, such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi
. It is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful; and it is used in many other products as a sugar replacement.
ASPARTAME is marketed as a diet product, but it is not a diet product at all. In fact, it will cause you to GAIN weight because it makes you crave carbo hydrates. Causing you to gain weight is only a very small part of what ASPARTAME does. It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain’s chemistry. It can and does cause severe seizures.
This chemical changes the dopamine level in the brain, and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson’s disease.
ASPARTAME is extremely poisonous, and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol. When the temperature of
ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde, and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folic acidosis.
FORMALDEHYDE is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins. The only difference is, Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer. And, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems. There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death.
The majority of these symptoms are neurological, because the ASPARTAME attacks and destroys the nervous system. One of these symptoms is Lupus, which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.

Anti-aging Remedies for Skin and Hair As Close as Your Kitchen
The amount of money being poured into the medical and skin care product markets is astronomical. The truth is, however, that no matter what amount someone wants to spend on reversing skin and hair damage, the results are temporary unless they have a good system of self-care that supports their youth from a cellular level. When their self-care system does this, they haven’t much need of the medical or skin and hair care manufacturing industry. Teaching people to use self-care techniques is just the reason Sally Taylor wroter her frank and eye opening guide, The Secrets of Beautiful Skin and Hair Revealed, which released on Internet the 16th of May, 2007.

1. eating ambrosia or becoming a vampire.
2. 100 years are itself like one in a hundred
3. billions of others would like to know so if you do happen to find the answer.
4. some yogis in the himalays and elsewhere have lived even for 500 years.
5. live in constant meditation and live of roots and berries. i think if you live in the cities and have a modern life style you can live longer if you choose yoga, meditation, stable veg diet. plus you need to have a very religious bent mind.
6. My english teacher says that some budhist monks can survive without breathing a few days or so and without eating /drinking like a year. So you can live longer if you are in some kind of transe. But, my opinion, someone who lives just a day, but an intense one, is a lot more happier that one who lives 1000 years without living at all.
7. Adam lived around 800 years.
8. Theoretically, if we could breathe something other than oxygen, it MIGHT become possible.
When people die of old age, what they really die of is oxygen poisoning. Thats partly why hospitals etc don’t like people breathing pure oxygen for longer than they have to.
However, so far there is nothing else humans can breathe instead, let alone something that isn’t harmful.
9. yes,If we know how to live, and do not have genetic problem.but our circumstances is not safe and secure.therefore dying is not avoidable .I am sure after we die the life is easier than now if we have satisfied with what we have done now.
10. The magic word is telomerase. Within the chromosomes of every cell we have a repeating sequence TTAGGG on the ends of our DNA strands. Should we call it ‘filler’ or ‘dummy’ DNA? But anyway, this sequence is repeated hundreds of times. Every time a cell divides many of these telomeres get chopped off. From http://users.rcn.com/jkimball.ma.ultrane…
“It is estimated that human telomeres lose about 100 base pairs from their telomeric DNA at each mitosis.”
You can look at the above mentioned website (and others) to understand why that is. Some cells such as red blood cells express telomerase which puts the telomere back on the end of the DNA strand, allowing it to live longer. If man could figure out how to make correct application of telomerase to our cells, mans life could be greatly extended. Telomerase was discovered in 1984, so only very recently has the mechanism of aging been discovered.
11. man can live upto 120 age only.
12. If humans could live for 1000 years than it would imply that they donot die! Donot they really die and just mix with earth to resurrect at opportune time?
13. they can live so high by only when they can stop there breath for so long.
14. It must be possible if there were no viruses and other microbes in earths atmosphere.
15. Most people eventually lose their minds in less than 100 years…
